So avoid bad fats add proteins and carbohydrates and this diet is sure to work for you.
High Fibre Diets: This comprises of consuming carbohydrates that cannot be digested. The diet comprises of eating bread, pasta, wholegrain cereals, bran, brown rice, fresh vegetables and pulses. By eating high fibre foods you tend to eat a better combination of important nutrients. This plan helps you maintain constant blood sugar levels by reducing the rate of digestion and absorption of carbohydrates into the blood. The only disadvantage is gas formation which is a temporary issue.
Vegetarian Diet: Want to try something easy to lose weight? Become a vegetarian. Only keep in mind since you will not be eating meat products try a wide range of fruits and vegetables so that you are still getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. Cutting on red meat ensures that you do not run the risk of several diseases like heart diseases and some types of cancer.
