if someone just works out but does not change their diet and consumes more calories than they are burning……increased muscle in the abdomen will make it stick out more, granted increased lean muscle will help in burning more fat but ultimately your eating habits are #1 in losing weight , so with your brutal workout i hope people realize they need to eat healthier as well and if they eat healthier then great, you really can not target one zone only but a strong core is great for exercise
