You feel you are only losing a lot of money in the process. Dieting does not help much because it becomes impossible to do it consistently so it is wise to revise your eating habits. Changing your eating habits is a good weight loss technique. You need not reduce the amount of food you are eating instead for weight loss, reduce the number of calories. Do not eat unnecessary snacks during the day, do not give in to stress and keep munching on something…these do more harm than good to your body. One must be able to eat only as a response to hunger and not keep munching because you are upset over something.
It becomes very essential to keep an eye on what you are eating everyday. Add a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid fatty high carb foods and as you change your eating habits you will see a drastic change in the way you look. Also try to split your meals eat four smaller meals during the day and eat healthy snacks. Avoid caffeinated drinks and try fresh juices it will not only keep you slim it will also help you look good
