Fast Weight loss diet: Lose those extra pounds while sleeping
Could losing weight be so easy? Could I lose all those extra pounds by a good night’s sleep? Researchers have proved that eight hours of sleep is ideal and persons sleeping well tend to be slimmer and healthier than those who catch less sleep.A fast weight loss diet is surely an ideal way to deal with obesity but you also need to sleep well. Leptin is a hormone that regulates hunger and is predominantly made in fat cells. Resistance to Leptin and its appetite suppressing effect leads to obesity. So indirectly speaking lesser amount of sleep results in less amount of leptin, more eating, more hunger and hence more weight. Our bodies are quite complicated but studies prove that leptin and sleep are interrelated.
To fight obesity you need to discipline yourself to get adequate sleep. Get up at the same time every day even on weekends and make sure you go to bed only when you are sleepy. If you find difficulty getting sleep, use heavy drapes or make your bedroom dark. Exercise on a regular basis though not very close to bedtime and try to avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine before going to sleep.
